One of my favourite weekends of the year is that first proper almost summery May bank Holiday weekend. This year bank holiday monday is May 2nd. So what’s going on for people who want a good antique and vintage rummage, all either in Birmingham, or no more than 50 miles from the centre of Britain’s finest second city.

Not strictly Antiques but Avoncroft Museum have a Traditional May day – may pole, mummers, the works.
